Club management

Here you can access documents which set out how the club is managed. The constitution is the overarching legal document within which decisions can be made. The meeting minutes describe decisions taken by general meetings or by the elected committee for the benefit of the club and its members. Financial accounts are maintained and prepared by the Treasurer and must be made available to members when requested and at least once per annum in line with the agreed accounting calendar.
