We hope you will enjoy our friendly club and use it regularly.

The clubhouse may be used for private functions (available to  full members only, and at the discretion of the committee). There is no charge for the use of the clubhouse on Friday or Saturday nights provided the bar is being used, and a donation to the club or its funds is made. All guests must be signed in and their conduct is the sole responsibility of the member.  There is a charge for the use of the clubhouse during weekdays or evenings - Monday to Thursday. If you are interested in using the clubhouse, have a chat with one of the committee.

  Notification of events

We really want to be able to send an email to members advising of social events. We do not wish this to be an intrusive email and it certainly will be confidential. No one else on the distribution will be able to see other's email addresses.
The emails will only notify forthcoming events or important news. If you would like to receive an email to tell you what's on, drop one to as at info@whitehouseboatingclub.org.uk

  Access to the clubhouse

We are planning to install a new key-fob security system before the winter. This will allow every member to have a key fob which will activate the door lock. The benefits of this new system will be:

• Access for all members over the winter months
• Secure administration system for the membership secretary
• No numbers to memorise

  Member's events

We have some evenings on our programme, designated as "Member's event". That means any member can devise a night, plan it , advertise it, and run it. Already we have a dance school night,  a disco night, and hopefully many more. Speak to any of the committee.
